Speaking after the game, man-of-the-match Biggar said: "I think you can see from the expressions and the reaction at the final whistle how much that result means to us. There's a fantastic feeling in the dressing room at the moment, we're all thrilled to bits.
"There's not many teams come here and win in any competition, and it's testament to the boys, how well we've worked and how hard we worked during the week for that game.
"It was a massive achievement today. We've had a pretty tough time the last few times we've been here, so it's a little bit of revenge if you can call it that."
Clearly disappointed with the result, Munster coach Tony McGahan reflected: "We were well beaten in the end. The Ospreys competed on every ruck, and every ball we did have was really slow and they put a lot of pressure on us and they won turnover ball.
"It was a big game for us today and we needed a result. I know we showed a little fight to come back in the game but it wasn't enough at that stage."
